HSTS Taekwon-Do conducted a full day of workshops for Ickleford Schools sports week. Mrs Rose from HSTS Taekwon-Do conducted a full day of workshops for each class at Ickleford School on the 22nd of June for their sports week.
Mrs Rose introduced the children to Taekwon-Do and what can be achieved if you train hard, as a reigning world Champion Mrs Rose knows what it takes to train hard and the sacrifices you have to make to become the top player in your category. She put the children through their paces, teaching various aspects of Taekwondo-Do in a fun and interactive way. We hope the School children enjoyed taking part in our Martial art, gained something from the experience and can take that into whatever they decide to do in the future.
