Hitchin beginners up to 1st Kup training together. Colour belt students training together can be really beneficial to all. The beginners can watch & learn etiquette from the more experienced students, and the higher grades can encourage the lower grades, at the same time realising how far they have progressed themselves. #hitchin #fitness #taekwondo #martialarts
