Student Training fees/Membership fee
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing on a business day (Monday-Friday) via email to admin@hsts.biz no later than the 24th day of the month, preceding the month of leaving. It is effective once the request has been acknowledged.
- If you choose to leave before your yearly membership is due to expire, you will not receive a refund for membership.
- Strictly no refunds will be issued for any absence where HSTS has not been notified.
- Paused monthly training fees will incur a surcharge of £10pp per month to secure your place, to a maximum of 3 months. After which you will forfeit your place unless we are advised otherwise.
- Your yearly membership to HSTS/UTA/UKITF/BTC will be free for the first year and then be taken automatically 14 days before the first anniversary. If your yearly membership direct debit is cancelled it will not be renewed and therefore your student insurance will be void.
Events
- HSTS TaeKwon-Do have the right to cancel any event that have a low number of attendees where it will not be viable to run a class, financially.
- Any student booked onto a cancelled event will be given the option to be registered onto the next event or given a full refund via the original payment method.
- Students that cannot attend an event must give notice of a minimum 5 days before the event date to receive a full refund or transfer to the next event, any requests or no shows after this date will not be eligible for a refund and will have to pay for the next event taking place.
Failed direct debit payments
- HSTS Taekwon-Do will charge an administration fee of £3 for any failed direct debit payments.
