Good morning Little Dragons,

Fabulous effort this week, yet again!

You all have some super ways to be kind to yourself.

Treats.

Seeing friends.

Eat healthy.

Going on walks.

Take care of yourself.

Be happy.

Achieve your life goals (you’re never too young to have goals for your life!)

Respect yourself.

Stay fit.

Eat good food.

Play.

All these things are good for your mental health and super ways to keep you happy.

This week, we are starting the new unit of ‘Health and Safe Eating’. You can find the sheet over on the downloads section, as normal. Have the best week back at school and I hope this first day will be a welcome change from homeschooling. You have all been awesome!
